The commitment clause, in full
We guarantee the behaviour we control, never the score. Here is exactly what that means and exactly what it does not.
Complete every session and submit every piece by its deadline. If the same instrument observes no movement under comparable conditions, the next block is free.
That is a commitment about the work, not about the examiner. We guarantee what we control: the measurement, the marking and the record. We do not guarantee a score, at any price — the external test result is not under Learn With MA’s control, and anybody who guarantees one is selling you something else.
Comparable conditions — The same version of the Standard, comparable task families, and comparable declared conditions. The next measurement date and the tasks it will use are fixed at the first measurement, before anything is recommended — so a second reading cannot be arranged after the fact to produce a result.
[ the full written terms ] — published in full before the first block is sold.
